Albert, a wealthy homeowner, has lost everything. The bank is seizing all his property. Little by little he sinks into delirium and paranoia. He decides to sell the only property left to his name before the bank repossesses it, and organizes an open house to find the ideal buyer according to the dictates of his growing madness. He chooses to sell his property to a young couple completely unaware of the trap they’ve just walked into.
