Tales Of Africa is a collection of animated films dedicated to traditional African wisdom and morality. Our storyteller is Papa Nzenu, a present-day griot, and with him we travel across the continent to discover tales chosen from Africa’s great mosaic of cultural heritage. Each of the 54 episodes is directed by a filmmaker from the country where the story originates. The animation integrates elements of 3D and matte painting and features traditional African music.
